Lets co-create an individualized pregnancy, birth and postpartum plan for you that incorporates the key elements from the 4 Pillars of pregnancy (nutrition, movement, mindset, navigating the maternity healthcare system) that are relevant for you!

Once you book your consultation, you will be sent a form to fill out prior to your first appointment so we can get started right where you're at! Can't wait to get to know you and support and guide you on this incredible journey!

This is a special bundle price where you save $144. Please ignore where it says 1 hour for $297 (that's just the first hour), as the calendar does not realize that we have 2 more visits to schedule (which we will do manually after our first meeting).
